It's Ok to Not Be Ok

It’s ok to be burnt out, frustrated, angry, depressed. It’s ok to feel. It's ok to not know. It's ok to doubt. It’s ok to be imperfect. No one is.

Whatever pressure you’re putting on yourself to do, be, or feel this or that, it’s probably not coming from those around you. That’s likely pressure that you’re putting on yourself, and that is a lie from the enemy. The enemy says you’re not worth it unless you live up to these impossible standards, but it’s not true. Jesus died on the cross not for the perfect, the unemotional and the have-it-all-togethers. He died for sinners. He died for people who don’t have it all together. He died for people like you and me.

It's ok to not be ok.
